Deadline November 6, 2009 : The Rock Bass Rainbow Fest will encompass a fashion show/dance party, a two day arts/craft fair, and day closing events. This festival will advertise Philadelphia’s talented emerging artists/craftspeople/fashion designers while being scheduled conveniently in time with holiday shopping season. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of a progressive creative event while promoting yourself and your community. Vendors should submit work which best represents their artistic style and detailed examples which best visualizes the final body of goods.
