Crafters in the Chattanooga, TN area, listen up! Chatty Crafty is an outdoor juried Indie Craft Show in Renaissance Park on the lovely North Shore of the Tennessee River in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and they’re looking for vendors for their first ever annual indie craft show this November 6-7, 2010.
This is the first annual Chatty Crafty in Chattanooga. This event will host Indie crafters & their wares from around the country. Indie craft boasts a community of crafters combining traditional crafting with unconventional methods. Typically media incorporates recycled items, vintage objects & imagery, punk memorabilia, paint, fabric, thread, and basically anything else that might inspire the DIYer.
Chattanooga is playing hostess to two other events on the weekend of Chatty Crafty. The Head of the Hooch, the 2nd largest regatta (boat racing) in the country and the 3rd largest in the entire world, is being held right across of the river from us. This event will bring thousands of rowers, coaches, and spectators to our humble abode. The second event is the PCA Global Missions Conference. This, too, will pour another 2000 of people into Chattanooga for the weekend of Chatty Crafty.
